Air tightness testing, also known as pressure, leakage and permeability testing of residential buildings is the primary activity of Leema Technologies Limited. In order to comply with the Building Regulations April 2006 part L1A , all newly built homes must undergo a mandatory Air Permeability test prior to occupation.
